I. Projects
Lot 4-1 & 1B Lena Circle – Marguerite/ Rob Truax. P.E, GLM – NOI DEP# 159-1051
As requested by the Conservation Commission, a revised was submitted.
Included on the plan:
- A propose front and back porch
- A 12 X 12 deck adjacent to porch
- Landscaping
II. Minor Buffer Zone:
680 Pleasant– Ms. Jessi Fanuele -
I spoke to Phil Nadeau at DEP who confirmed that decks and porches are exempt under 10:58 The Riverfront Area. He agreed that the minor Buffer Zone may be used under the bylaw. I have designed a Minor Buffer Zone Permit Approval form for the commission to sign with Standard Orders and any others you would like to add may be added.
27 Josephine Street – Town of Franklin Sewer Department
This will be a one day project to install within an existing man hole a grinder.
An electrical trench will be dug along the back of the station that abuts uplands. The site is surrounded by uplands with wetland located 80+ feet away from the area of work.
IV. Certificate of Compliance
Honey Dew Donuts, 365 West Central Street.
The Honey Dew was built according to the plans, the rain garden basin was built as proposed and all plant species have survived. I recommend issuance of the Certificate of Compliance.
MBCR Culvert Replacement.
The culvert was replaced and the area has been restored and revegetaded..
I recommend issuance of the Certificate of
Compliance.
